Your First Visit
We will discuss your individual needs in order to create a tailor-made treatment plan just for you.
During Reflexology Treatment
You will be asked to remove your shoes and socks and position yourself comfortably on our treatment couch. Your feet will be cleansed and examined to identify any contraindications such as bruising, swelling, verrucae or athletes’ foot which may prevent pressure being applied to that area.
In addition, skin texture, nail condition (fungal nails) and the general condition of the feet will be taken into consideration. In some extreme cases treatment may not be possible.
During treatment, light but firm and precise massage will be given to the pressure points on your feet using wax or cream.
After the treatment, you will be offered a refreshment and we will discuss our findings with you.
